Our standard service schedule includes cleaning and restocking every 3-4 days for long-term rentals. For special events, we can arrange more frequent servicing based on your needs and the number of attendees. Additional service visits can be scheduled at any time.

Standard units are our basic porta potties with a toilet and urinal, while deluxe units include additional features like a hand sanitizer dispenser, mirror, shelf, and improved ventilation. Deluxe units are more comfortable and better suited for events where guests will appreciate the extra amenities.

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for small to medium events, and 6-8 weeks for large events or during peak season (spring through fall). Last-minute rentals may be available depending on inventory, but early booking ensures you get the exact quantity and types of units you need.

Yes, we offer ADA-compliant portable restrooms that meet all accessibility requirements. These units feature wider doors, interior handrails, and sufficient space for wheelchair maneuverability. We recommend at least one ADA unit for every 20 standard units at events open to the public.

Our rental prices include delivery, setup, regular servicing, and pickup. For standard rentals, servicing is included every 3-4 days. Additional services like more frequent cleanings, hand wash stations, or luxury units may incur extra charges. All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.

Porta potties require a relatively level and stable surface. Grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete are all acceptable. For soft ground, we may use wood boards to prevent sinking. The delivery site should be accessible by our truck (about 10 feet wide clearance). If you have special placement requirements, please discuss them with our team when booking.
